Veamcast respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. In appropriate circumstances, Veamcast may remove or disable access to material alleged to infringe copyright and may terminate repeat infringers.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content available through Veamcast infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to Veamcast's designated DMCA agent containing:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
