Veamcast Terms of Service

This is a summary of the Veamcast Terms of Service

1. Age requirement: Users must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Minors need parental permission. 2. Account security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. 3. Content restrictions: The platform prohibits various types of content, including copyright infringement, pornography, hate speech, and illegal activities. 4. Code of conduct: Users must behave respectfully and are prohibited from activities like harassment, spamming, and unauthorized advertising. 5. Licensing: Users grant Veamcast a license to use and distribute their uploaded content within the platform and for promotional purposes. 6. Content rights: Users represent and warrant they have the rights necessary to submit content to Veamcast and that such content does not infringe on others' rights. 7. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify Veamcast against claims arising from their use of the service or content they upload. 8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability: Veamcast provides the service "as is" and limits its liability for damages. 9. Compliance with legal requirements: The document includes a compliance notice related to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, which pertains to record-keeping requirements for depictions of sexually explicit conduct. 10. Modification of terms: Veamcast reserves the right to modify the terms of service.

Additional restrictions that will be in place until we fully launch the platform:

To a large degree, Veamcast will be a user moderated platform but without a large user base, we will have to impose very strict restrictions until we have the resources to moderate the platform effectively.
We're basically going to flag any content that we think might be inappropriate and remove any ad campaigns that have any hint of being spammy or scammy.
The product is incomplete and we're not going to be able to provide the level of support that we will once we have a larger user base.
No warranties are provided and we're not liable for any damages that might occur from using the platform.
